Service terms

Platinum Sky Group Limited (Hong Kong, company no. 78902321). Last updated 23 September 2026.

1. Our role

We act as your sourcing agent, not as a seller. You contract with and pay each factory. We never hold money for your goods.

2. No factory commissions

We accept no payment or markup from any factory in connection with your order. If we ever do, we refund every fee you have paid us.

3. Original quotations

You receive each factory's quotation as the factory issued it.

4. Fees and payment

Service fees are fixed before work starts and paid upfront to Platinum Sky Group Limited, by card or against our invoice. Order follow-up is invoiced when you pay the factory's deposit. Prices are in US dollars.

5. Refund guarantee

If fewer than three factories meet our verification standard for a Sourcing Report, we refund the report fee in full within 7 days of delivering our findings.

6. Scope and liability

Verification describes a factory on the date we checked it. We do not guarantee a factory's future performance, product quality or delivery. Checking test reports is not certification: as importer, you remain responsible for your product's conformity and declaration. Our total liability for any service is limited to the fee you paid for that service.

7. Intellectual property

We do not source counterfeit or infringing products. You confirm you hold the rights to the designs and brands you ask us to source.

8. Confidentiality

We share your specifications with factories only as far as a quotation requires. We will sign your NDA on request.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
